Refund Policy – Glow Beauty Bar & Spa
At Glow Beauty Bar & Spa, we take pride in the quality of our services and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy.
Services
Due to the nature of our services, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services already provided. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include offering a complimentary touch-up or correction at the discretion of the management.
Deposits
All deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward your final service total and help us hold your time slot. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 72 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
Products
Unused, unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit only. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancel less than 72 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeat no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used toward services or products within our spa and do not expire.
